Imported from Japan, America, Australia and New Zealand, dried abalones improve eye-sight, complexion and invigorates the body´s general health. Soak abalones overnight. Clean the abalones the next day. Add some chinese herbs, such as Pak Kei, Tangshen, Kei Chi, Cordyceps and Black Chicken. Abalones are best cooked in crock pots.
